TaoWeave’s Manako Labs goes live at Avia across 124 stations (NASDAQ: TWAV)

What happened

TaoWeave, Inc. (NASDAQ: TWAV) said Manako Labs Ltd. went live commercially with Avia Th venin-Ducrot on October 7, 2026. Manako is the Physical AI company TaoWeave invested in June 2026.

Manako's Vision Agents now run around the clock across a first wave of 124 unmanned Avia Xpress stations in France. Avia Th venin-Ducrot named Manako its lead Physical AI design partner.

The release says the system uses existing camera infrastructure at each station. It is built to spot payment terminal failures, damage to pumps and equipment, and camera outages as they happen. It sends each issue to the person who can fix it. It also says raw video footage never leaves the station.

TaoWeave says the rollout is ahead of schedule. It says it holds North American commercialization rights to Manako's platform and participates in revenue from licensing agreements it originates. Avia Th venin-Ducrot is part of Avia's French network of about 770 stations. Avia International has more than 3,000 stations across 15 European countries.

Why it matters

OptimistFi's case is that TWAV only works if its Bittensor focus becomes a real paid operating business before cash burn forces dilution. This filing helps that case because it shows a named enterprise operator already using Manako's platform in live operations.

It also gives TaoWeave a clear commercial role as investor and commercialization partner, not just as a passive owner. That matters because the story still needs proof that portfolio activity can become reported business results.

One useful comparison is that 124 stations are about 16% of Avia's approximately 770-station French network. That makes the rollout look like an early slice, not a full-network launch. The filing still describes a portfolio-company rollout and a revenue participation right, not direct TaoWeave operating revenue.

What's next

The release says the rollout is ahead of schedule. The next test is whether Manako's deployment grows beyond the first wave of 124 stations.

Another test is whether TaoWeave later reports revenue tied to those licensing agreements. If both happen, the pivot thesis gets stronger. If the rollout stops at the first wave, the announcement remains validation rather than proof of scale.
