Microsoft is currently revamping its clinics for investigating workplace allegations following a group of women.

Monday, CEO Satya Nadella delivered a letter to workers regarding the changes.

Nadella says that the company is increasing support services for workers who say they’ve experienced misbehavior, including a new”Employee Advocacy Team” to help guide employees through investigations.

He says Microsoft will require coaching that is inclusivity for all its approximately 16,000 managers, place new and more consistent guidelines and make more transparency.

The changes follow a sizable email chain began a month by employees discussing stories of experiencing misconduct. That captured the attention of executives.

Information site Quartz reported the letter to employees of nadella.
